Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 2 c
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • white pepper to taste - 1 item
  • rice - 1 c
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • black pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make rice dressing:

Brown meat, stirring often. Add other ingredients and simmer until tender. Add rice to meat mixture and mix well.

Note: If you have bacon grease, you can use a little to brown meat. It gives it a good flavor.
