Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1/2 c
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- rice
- cans beef bouillon - 2 item
- medium jar sliced mushrooms - 1 item
How to make rice dressing:
Saut onion in margarine. Place remaining ingredients in large casserole. Stir in saut?Šed onion. Mix well. Cook at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir well. Cook about 40 minutes longer at 300°. Serve hot with any meat. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, White rice, Beef organ meats.
