  • marshmallows - 1 c
  • Add sugar and arrange in 8-inch square pan

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • baking powder
  • vanilla - 1 tsp

How to make rhubarb upside-down cake:

Cut marshmallows in quarters and mix with rhubarb. Add sugar and arrange in 8-inch square pan. Pour cake batter over.Cake Batter:3/4 c. sugar4 Tbsp. butter1/2 c. milk1 1/4 c. flour1 egg, beaten1/4 tsp. salt1 1/4 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. vanilla Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
