Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- rhubarb - 4 c
How to make rhubarb cobbler:
Mix together the rhubarb, jello and 1 cup of sugar. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cream the butter and sugar; add beaten egg and vanilla. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together. Add milk and flour to creamed mixture. Drop over top of rhubarb. Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon together. Pour over top of dough.
