  • baking cocoa - 1/4 c
  • flour
  • sugar - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
  • water - 3/4 c
  • vegetable oil - 1/3 c
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Add eggs, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; mix well
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • 6 oz - 1 c
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c

How to make creamy chocolate cupcakes:

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; mix well. Pour into 18 greased or paper-lined muffin cups.Filling:1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.) softened1/3 c. sugar1 egg, beaten1/8 tsp. salt1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips1 c. chopped walnuts Beat cream cheese and sugar in another bowl. Add egg and salt; mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoon into center of each cupcake. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
