Ingredients/Components
- baking cocoa - 1/4 c
- flour
- sugar - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
- water - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- Add eggs, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; mix well
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- 6 oz - 1 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
How to make creamy chocolate cupcakes:
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; mix well. Pour into 18 greased or paper-lined muffin cups.Filling:1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.) softened1/3 c. sugar1 egg, beaten1/8 tsp. salt1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips1 c. chopped walnuts Beat cream cheese and sugar in another bowl. Add egg and salt; mix well. Fold in chocolate chips.
