Rhubarb upside-down cake
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 2/3 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- box strawberry jello - 1/2 oz
- rhubarb, cut in 1/4-inch pieces - 4 c
How to make rhubarb upside-down cake:
Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar, jello and white sugar. Arrange rhubarb on top. Mix cake mix according to directions and pour over rhubarb. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350° oven.
