Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- flour
- brown sugar
- oil - 1/2 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- diced rhubarb
How to make rhubarb muffins:
Mix together flour, soda, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, nuts and diced rhubarb. Beat egg; add buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Pour over flour mixture; mix well. Grease muffin tins. Fill 3/4 full.
