Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- flour
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- nuts - 1/2 c
- finely chopped rhubarb - 1 c
How to make rhubarb muffins:
Topping:1/4 c. brown sugar1/4 c. chopped nuts1/2 tsp. cinnamon Mix the ingredients for muffins and put in muffin pan. Sprinkle on the topping. Bake 30 minutes at 325°.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
