Rhubarb crunch
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- oatmeal - 3/4 c
- diced rhubarb - 4 c
How to make rhubarb crunch:
Mix until crumbly; press half of crumbs into greased 9-inch pan. Cover with rhubarb. Combine remaining ingredients. Cook until thick and pour over rhubarb. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour. Cut into squares. Serve warm plain or with Cool Whip.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
