  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • cornstarch - 2 tsp
  • water - 1 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • oatmeal - 3/4 c
  • rhubarb - 4 c

How to make rhubarb crunch:

Mix together the first 5 ingredients until crumbly. Put half the crumbs in a 9-inch pie pan.

Cook the rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla until thick. Pour over rhubarb. Add rest of crumbs to top. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
