Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- oatmeal - 3/4 c
- rhubarb - 4 c
How to make rhubarb crunch:
Mix together the first 5 ingredients until crumbly. Put half the crumbs in a 9-inch pie pan.Cook the rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla until thick. Pour over rhubarb. Add rest of crumbs to top. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
