  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • Crisco - 1/2 c
  • oatmeal - 1 c
  • sliced rhubarb - 3 c

How to make rhubarb crunch:

Combine rhubarb, sugar and 3 tablespoons flour. Put in pan. Combine brown sugar, oatmeal and 1 1/2 cups flour. Cut in butter and Crisco. Cover rhubarb. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
