- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- oatmeal - 1 c
- sliced rhubarb - 3 c
How to make rhubarb crunch:
Combine rhubarb, sugar and 3 tablespoons flour. Put in pan. Combine brown sugar, oatmeal and 1 1/2 cups flour. Cut in butter and Crisco. Cover rhubarb. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
