- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- Crisco - 4 Tbsp
- rhubarb - 3 c
- Cut in Crisco
How to make rhubarb cobbler:
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut in Crisco. Add egg and milk. Pour over rhubarb mixture.Rhubarb Mixture:1 c. sugar3 c. rhubarb1 tsp. nutmeg4 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. flour1 c. water1 tsp. vanilla Blend together and pour in buttered dish.
