  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • Crisco - 4 Tbsp
  • rhubarb - 3 c
  • Cut in Crisco

How to make rhubarb cobbler:

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut in Crisco. Add egg and milk. Pour over rhubarb mixture.Rhubarb Mixture:1 c. sugar3 c. rhubarb1 tsp. nutmeg4 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. flour1 c. water1 tsp. vanilla Blend together and pour in buttered dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
