  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • coconut
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • margarine - 3/4 c
  • chopped rhubarb - 4 c

How to make rhubarb cobbler:

Combine 1 cup sugar and rhubarb. (A little red food coloring may be added.) Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine 1 cup sugar, flour and soda. Cut in margarine. Stir in coconut, vanilla and walnuts. Spread over top of rhubarb. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until rhubarb is tender and topping is brown.
