Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- small marshmallows - 2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- raspberry jello - 1 pkg
- rhubarb - 3 4
How to make rhubarb cake:
Grease pan. Place rhubarb in 9 x 13-inch pan. Add sugar on top, then sprinkle dry jello. Top with marshmallows. Pour cake batter over all. Cook at 350° approximately 30 to 40 minutes, then let sit in oven at low temperature (150°) for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
