How to make rhubarb upside-down cake:
Sprinkle rhubarb in a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle sugar, strawberry jello and marshmallows on top. Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Loosen sides with knife. Frost with Cool Whip.
