White chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• chopped pecans - 3/4 c
• pkg - 1 oz
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• margarine - 1/2 c

How to make white chocolate chip cookies:

Cream butter and sugars. Beat until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well. Combine flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Blend in vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Cover and chill dough one hour.

Drop by teaspoon about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 to 14 minutes until lightly brown. Let stand a few minutes prior to removing from cookie sheet.
