Banana split cake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- eggs - 2 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- bananas, sliced - 3 item
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- cherries for garnish - 1 item
- nuts for garnish - 1 item
- Dream Whip or 1 large bowl Cool Whip - 2 pkg
How to make banana split cake:
Mix graham cracker crumbs with 1/2 cup margarine. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 5 to 8 minutes in 350° oven. Cool.Mix together for 15 minutes the 1 cup margarine, eggs and powdered sugar. Spread filling over crumb crust. Slice bananas on top of filling. Drain crushed pineapple and spread over bananas. Prepare Dream Whip and spread over mixture or use Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with nuts and refrigerate for at least 3 hours prior to serving. Top each slice with cherries.
