Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• shortening - 1/2 c
• nuts - 1 c
• rhubarb, diced
• sour milk - 1 c
• Add milk and flour alternately

How to make rhubarb cake:

Cream the sugar, shortening and egg. Add milk and flour alternately. Put into a 9 x 13-inch well-greased pan.Topping:1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1 c. nuts Mix and pour over batter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
