chopped parsley - 3 Tbsp
Swiss cheese - 3/4 lb
chopped sweet onion - 1/4 c
slices rye bread - 16 item
drained sauerkraut - 2-1/4 c
sliced corned beef - 3/4 lb
Butter or margarine, softened - 1 item
Creamy Russian Dressing Below* - 1 item
Spread dressing on each slice of bread

How to make reuben sandwiches:

Combine sauerkraut, onion, and parsley; toss until well mixed. Spread dressing on each slice of bread. Top 8 slices of bread with corned beef, cheese, and sauerkraut mixture; top with remaining bread slices. Spread both sides of sandwich lightly with butter. Grill slowly until cheese melts and bread browns.*Creamy Russian Dressing:1/2 c. mayonnaise1/4 c. chili sauce
