Ingredients/Components
- chili sauce - 1/4 c
- chopped parsley - 3 Tbsp
- Swiss cheese - 3/4 lb
- chopped sweet onion - 1/4 c
- slices rye bread - 16 item
- drained sauerkraut - 2-1/4 c
- sliced corned beef - 3/4 lb
- Butter or margarine, softened - 1 item
- Creamy Russian Dressing Below* - 1 item
- Spread dressing on each slice of bread
How to make reuben sandwiches:
Combine sauerkraut, onion, and parsley; toss until well mixed. Spread dressing on each slice of bread. Top 8 slices of bread with corned beef, cheese, and sauerkraut mixture; top with remaining bread slices. Spread both sides of sandwich lightly with butter.
