Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- slices Swiss cheese - 4 item
- Miracle Whip - 2 3
- slices pumpernickel bread - 8 item
- corned beef, sliced thin - 1/2 lb
- can sauerkraut, well drained - 8 oz
How to make reuben sandwich:
Place corned beef, then sauerkraut, Miracle Whip and cheese on 4 slices of bread. Top with other bread slices. Spread butter on outside of bread. Grill in skillet or on griddle until browned and cheese melts.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Sandwich.
