  • milk - 1/2 c
  • caraway seed - 1/4 1/2
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • can sauerkraut, drained - 1 oz
  • Thousand Island dressing - 1/2 c
  • tomato, thinly sliced - 1 item
  • can corned beef, chopped - 1 oz
  • uncooked egg noodles about 4 c - 1/2 pkg

How to make reuben casserole:

Prepare noodles per package; drain. Combine noodles, sauerkraut, corned beef, milk, salad dressing and caraway seed in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole. Cover with lid. Microwave (High) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until hot, stirring once or twice. Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with cheese. Microwave (High), uncovered, 1 to 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
