Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- caraway seed - 1/4 1/2
- 4 oz - 1 c
- can sauerkraut, drained - 1 oz
- Thousand Island dressing - 1/2 c
- tomato, thinly sliced - 1 item
- can corned beef, chopped - 1 oz
- uncooked egg noodles about 4 c - 1/2 pkg
How to make reuben casserole:
Prepare noodles per package; drain. Combine noodles, sauerkraut, corned beef, milk, salad dressing and caraway seed in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole. Cover with lid. Microwave (High) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until hot, stirring once or twice. Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with cheese.
