Reuben casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- mustard - 2 tsp
- Swiss cheese, grated - 2 3
- can corned beef - 1 lb
- drained sauerkraut - 2 3
- to 8 fresh slices dark rye bread crumbs - 6 item
How to make reuben casserole:
Mix sour cream, sauerkraut, mustard and onion. Spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with crumbled corned beef, cheese and bread crumbs. Pour melted margarine over all and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
