  • water - 1 c
  • vinegar - 4 c
  • celery seed
  • mustard seed
  • turmeric
  • jar
  • to 3 sliced onions - 1 item
  • salt cut salt in half - 1/2 c

How to make refrigerator pickles:

Put onions in bottom of gallon jar. Slice cucumbers and pack tightly on top. Pour brine over cucumbers and put on lid. Keep in refrigerator. Ready in about a week. Will keep for several months.
