Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- celery seed - 1 Tbsp
- onion, sliced thin - 1 c
- unpeeled cucumbers, sliced thin - 7 c
- green onion, sliced thin - 1 c
How to make refrigerator pickles:
Toss sliced vegetables in large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over vegetables. Place in sealed container. Refrigerate. Keeps in the refrigerator 5 to 6 weeks.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Summer, Seasonal.
