Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- salt - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 4 c
- celery seed - 1/3 tsp
- sliced onion - 1/2 1
- mustard seed
- turmeric
- sliced cucumbers - 1 gal
How to make refrigerator pickles:
Put cucumbers in a gallon glass jar. Mix the vinegar and other ingredients. Pour the vinegar mixture over cucumbers. Refrigerate. Ready to eat after 1 week.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Summer, Seasonal.
