- all-purpose flour - 2 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1/3 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- top round steak, cut into 1/4-inch pieces - 1 1
How to make red chili:
Brown steak in hot oil in a Dutch oven. Add flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add water and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until meat is tender. Yields about 4 cups.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Chili.
