Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- heavy cream - 1 c
How to make raspberry swirl:
Combine thoroughly crumbs, melted butter and 2 tablespoons sugar. Lightly press mixture into well-greased 7 x 11 x 1 1/2-inch pan. Bake in a moderate 375° oven about 8 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Beat egg yolks until thick. Add cream cheese, sugarRecipe categories: Desserts, Berries, Raspberries.
