Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1/8 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- seedless raspberry jam - 1/3 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
How to make raspberry squares:
Combine the first 3 ingredients. Mix until mealy. Press into bottom of greased 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool. Spread jam on cooled crust. Sprinkle nuts over jam. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over nuts. Bake at 350° for 22 to 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares. Apricot jam is a good alternative.Recipe categories: Desserts, Berries, Raspberries.
