Ranch potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- crushed corn flakes - 1 2
- bacon bits - 1/4 c
- Ranch dressing - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar - 1 c
- to 8 medium size potatoes, cooked and quartered - 6 item
How to make ranch potatoes:
Place potatoes in oven-safe casserole dish. In small mixing bowl, add sour cream, Ranch dressing, bacon bits, parsley and 1/4 to 1/2 cup cheese. Mix well. Pour sour cream mixture over potatoes. In small saucepan, melt butter. Add corn flakes and mix until well coated with butter. Sprinkle corn flakes and remaining cheese over potato mixture.
