Ingredients/Components
- cup chopped green onions - 1/2 item
- medium baking potatoes, peeled & cut into 1/2 inch thick slices - 6 item
- cup prepared cheese sauce, heated - 1 item
- cup prepared Ranch Salad Dressing - 1 item
- cup crumbled cooked bacon - 1/4 item
How to make ranch potatoes:
Cook potatoes slices in boiling water, just until tender. Drain. Then place slices in a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Pour cheese sauce and Ranch Dressing over potatoes. Cover with foil, bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with green onions and crumbled bacon. Serves 4-6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
