Ingredients/Components

  • all-purpose flour - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • shortening - 2/3 c
  • peach juice - 6 7
  • peaches, drained - 1 qt
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
  • pumpkin pie spice - 2 tsp
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • eggs, stirred - 2 item
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1/2 c

How to make peacheesy pie:

Combine first 4 ingredients to make one pie crust. Roll out and line a 9-inch pie plate with it.

In a bowl stir the next 6 ingredients and pour into pie crust. In a small saucepan cook the next 4 ingredients until thick. Add the last 2 ingredients. Pour onto filling. Decorate top with small pie crust circles. Cover edge of pie crust with foil. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350° preheated oven.
