Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- shortening - 2/3 c
- peach juice - 6 7
- peaches, drained - 1 qt
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
- pumpkin pie spice - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- eggs, stirred - 2 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
How to make peacheesy pie:
Combine first 4 ingredients to make one pie crust. Roll out and line a 9-inch pie plate with it.In a bowl stir the next 6 ingredients and pour into pie crust. In a small saucepan cook the next 4 ingredients until thick. Add the last 2 ingredients. Pour onto filling. Decorate top with small pie crust circles. Cover edge of pie crust with foil. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350° preheated oven.
