Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- apple butter - 1 c
- lemon juice in 2/3 c - 2 Tbsp
How to make apple butter cupcakes:
Cream margarine, sugar and egg, then add remaining ingredients. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350° in muffin tins.This recipe came to me from Elizabeth, one of the best cooks in the family.
