Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar
- salt - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking soda
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour
- Raisin Bran cereal
How to make raisin bran muffins:
In a large bowl, combine cereal, sugar, flour, salt and baking soda; mix well. Add buttermilk, eggs and oil. Mix well, making sure all dry ingredients are moistened. Fill paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full with batter. Bake in a preheated 400° oven for 15 minutes or until done. Yield: 2 dozen muffins.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
