Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 8 10
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and cut up - 4 item
How to make quick chicken and dumplings:
Cook chicken; remove from broth. Debone and cut. Add soup; bring to low boil, blending soup with broth well. Add cut up chicken to broth. Cut flour tortillas in half, then each half into several small pieces. Drop tortilla pieces into boiling broth. Cook on medium heat, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
