- pkg - 2 oz
- butter - 1 item
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1/2 pkg
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
How to make quick broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Place in casserole. Combine soup, eggs, cheese, onion and mayonnaise; pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with stuffing mix; dot with butter.
