Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- Bisquick
- mashed ripe banana
How to make quick banana bread:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease bottom of 5 x 9-inch loaf pan. Combine oil, bananas, eggs, vanilla, Bisquick and sugar in large mixing bowl. Beat at high speed for 30 seconds. Fold in pecans. Pour into pan. Bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
