- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- heavy cream - 1 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated cheese
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- slices cooked bacon, crumbled - 8 item
How to make quiche lorraine:
Sprinkle cheese and bacon on bottom of frozen pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients, beat slightly. Pour batter over top. Bake for 45 minutes in 375 degree oven.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Savory pies.
