Creamy scrambled eggs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 15 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- white pepper - 1/2 tsp
- light cream or milk - 2/3 c
- 1/4 stick margarine - 1/4 c
How to make creamy scrambled eggs:
Beat eggs with salt and pepper in a large bowl with wire whip until foamy. Beat in the cream or milk until smooth. Heat the margarine in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring often, for 15 minutes or until eggs are creamy and set. Serve immediately. Make for New Years parties.Make Ahead Note: Eggs, seasonings and cream may be blended several hours ahead; refrigerate.
