Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 3 item
• half and half - 1 c
• milk - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• pepper - 1/4 tsp
• grated Swiss cheese
• can crab meat - 1 item
• pinch of ground nutmeg - 1 item
• 9-inch pie crust unbaked - 1 item

How to make quiche lorraine:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until center is set.
