Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded Swiss cheese
- slices bacon - 5 item
- 9-inch unbaked pastry shell - 1 item
- small onions, sliced - 2 item
How to make quiche lorraine:
Prick pastry shell to prevent puffing. Saute onion in butter and place in bottom of unbaked shell. Cook and crumble bacon. Mix all ingredients and pour over onions in shell. Bake.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Savory pies.
