Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cream - 1 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Swiss cheese
- slices bacon - 8 item
- deep pie crust or 2 regular crusts - 1 item
How to make cheese quiche:
Bake crust only to very light brown. Sprinkle with cheese and the bacon that has been cooked and crumbled. Put remainder of ingredients in mixer and beat until blended. Pour over cheese and bacon.
