- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
- cream - 1 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- white pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
- strips bacon - 4 item
- grated nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- cubed Swiss cheese - 1 c
- pastry for 1 crust 9-inch pie
How to make quiche lorraine:
