Ingredients/Components

• cream - 1 to
• chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
• grated cheese - 1/2 1
• chopped apple - 1 item
• dash of lemon juice - 1 item
• pork sausage - 1/2 lb
• pie shell - 1 item
• to 4 eggs, beat slightly - 3 item

How to make quiche:

Brown meat and drain. Put into bottom of pie shell and cover with cheese. Add apple and lemon juice. Beat eggs and add cream and pour into pie shell covering ingredients. Bake 25 to 35 minutes at 375°.
