Quiche and tell
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- whipping cream
- eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
- sliced green onions - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- Swiss cheese, shredded - 1/4 lb
- bacon, cooked and crumbled - 1/4 lb
- 9-inch pie shell, unbaked - 1 item
- can Lindsay large pitted ripe olives - 1 oz
How to make quiche and tell:
Heat cream and buttermilk. Whisk in eggs and seasonings. Stir in cheese, bacon, onions and olives. Pour into shell. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes, until custard is golden and set. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Spinach, Main dish, Savory pies.
