Quiche crust



  • vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
  • unbleached flour - 3/4 c
  • nonfat milk
  • egg white, lightly beaten - 1 item

How to make quiche crust:

Place flour in mixing bowl. Combine oil and milk and add to flour, all at once. Mix quickly with a fork until mixture forms into a ball. Roll dough out between sheets of waxed paper to a 12-inch circle. Line an 8 or 9-inch pie plate with the pastry and crimp the edges. Pierce dough in several places with fork. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before filling.
