Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- bananas - 6 item
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- cans strawberry pie filling - 2 oz
- box yellow cake mix made to directions - 1 item
- large instant vanilla pudding made to directions - 1 item
How to make punch bowl cake:
Bake cake according to directions. Cool. When cool, crumb the cake into tiny pieces. Place 1/2 of the crumbs in a punch bowl. Add 3 bananas, sliced, next layer is 1/2 the pudding. Add next 1/2 of the pineapple (drained) and now 1 can strawberry pie filling, 1/2 of Cool Whip. Now add the 1 cup pecans. Repeat all the layers again.
