Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 2 tsp
- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- quick cooking oats - 1/2 c
- cans milk - 2 item
- Press into greased 9 x 13 pan
- Topping:1/2 c
How to make pumpkin squares:
Combine until crumbly. Press into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Filling:1 large can pumpkin (can use pie mix)2 cans milk4 eggs1 1/2 c. sugar Bake 45 minutes.Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. pecans2 tsp. butter, softened Sprinkle over top.
