Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- nuts - 1 c
- powdered sugar
- ginger - 1 tsp
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
How to make pumpkin rolls:
Filling:1 c. powdered sugar8 oz. cream cheese4 Tbsp. margarine1 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs high for 3 minutes; gradually beat in sugar, then stir in pumpkin and lemon juice. Sift together flour and spices; stir in. Spread in greased pan and top with nuts. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Turn out on towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Roll in towel and leave until cold; then unroll and spread will filling. Roll up and wrap in foil. Can be frozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Holiday, < 30 mins.
