Pumpkin roll
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 6 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- nuts - 1 c
- ginger - 1 tsp
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Add sugar
How to make pumpkin roll:
Beat eggs for 5 minutes. Add sugar. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice. Add flour, baking powder and spices. Fold together. Spread on greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Top with nuts. Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes.Turn out on towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll towel and cake together. Cool. Unroll for filling.Filling:1 c. powdered sugar6 oz. cream cheese4 Tbsp. margarine1/2 tsp. vanilla Arrange filling. Re-roll.
