Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 lg
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 2 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- nuts optional - 1/2 c
- Mix and spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes
How to make pumpkin roll:
Grease and flour cookie sheet. Mix and spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Put on dish towel and roll up. Cool for 15 minutes in refrigerator. Unroll and sprinkle with powdered sugar.FILLING1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla2 tsp. butter1/2 c. nuts (optional) Beat until creamy.
